Performance Details
Doors to the theatre will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance.

  • Run Time: Approximately 3 hours
    • Act 1: Approximately 60 minutes
    • 10-minute intermission
    • Act 2: Approximately 48 minutes 
    • 10-minute intermission
    • Act 3: Approximately 50 minutes 
       
  • Content Warning: Please be advised that this production contains simulated sex, graphic depictions of illness, staged violence, and discussions of addiction, homophobia, antisemitism, racism, and pregnancy loss.
  • Sensory Warning: Please be advised that this production features the use of haze throughout, loud and sudden noises, the use of a disco ball, and flashing lights.

     

Ticket Pickup
The box-office will open one hour prior to the performance.

  • Will-Call: The Box Office opens one hour prior to the performance for will-call ticket pickup.
  • E-Tickets: If you selected E-tickets, refer to your confirmation email sent by (do-not-reply@messages.brown.edu). This email includes a PDF attachment of your ticket, which will be scanned for entry. Please have the original PDF ready, as screenshots won't grant you admission.

     

Box Office

  • Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please note that we do not support contactless payment methods such as tap to pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.
  • Box Office: The Box Office opens for in-person sales one hour before the performance, with online sales closing at that time.

 

Accessibility

  • Assistive Listening Devices are available upon request.
  • Large Print Programs are available upon request
  • Trained Service Animals are welcome in the theatre. At this time we are unable to accommodate Emotional Support Animals.

Getting to Stuart Theatre

  • Main Entrance: Stuart Theatre's main entrance (75 Waterman Street) is near the intersection of Waterman Street and Brown Street.
  • Accessible Entrance: An accessible entrance is located at the rear of the theatre, through Faunce Arch and to the left.
  • Parking: Street parking is available on Waterman and surrounding streets, and it's free after 6 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking.
