Brown University’s Department of Theatre Arts & Performance Studies is proud to announce that Julia Jarcho has been named the Head of Playwriting for the MFA Playwriting Program.

We are thrilled to announce that faculty, current students, and alums of Brown's PhD Program in Theatre and Performance Studies have been recognized for their scholarly achievements at this year's conference of the American Society for Theatre Research:

This season marks the 118th Sock & Buskin season and 50-years of Dance at Brown.

Class of 2010 MFA graduate Jackie Sibblies Drury earned the drama award for “Fairview,” and Professor Emeritus Forrest Gander won the poetry prize for “Be With.”
