1. A list of the playwriting courses you’ve taken and in which semesters
2. A list of free times in your weekly schedule
3. A few sentences about your goals in developing your play

4. A 5-page sample from the play you’d like to work on excerpts from the plays developed in this workshop will be presented in the annual WRITING IS LIVE festival in early May.
